Israel Travel Reservations Terms & Conditions
Hotels-Israel.Net services are provided by Eshet Incoming – One of Israel's leading Tour Operators, operating since 1987.
IMPORTANT NOTICE!
* Rates are valid ONLY for tourists holding a foreign passport, and NOT
FOR Israeli citizens.
*According to the new regulations the determination of a tourist has been
changed.
A Tourist is a person who entered Israel on a foreign passport and his/her
passport was stamped with Visa class B1, B2 or B3.
All other persons entering Israel including those with dual citizenship are
subject to V.A.T (No V.A.T in Eilat).
Please note that your passport must be valid for at least 6 months.
User Login
Once your reservation is completed, you will receive an e-mail with your Login name and Password, which you can use to review your booking and to make additional reservations.
Reservations and Vouchers
We will charge your credit card, and the supplier will receive a voucher from us covering the reservation.
Please note your name and details may not be registered in the hotel until 7-14 days prior to arrival.
Services We will be happy to be at your disposal for any additional requests such as, Group tours, Private tours, Bar/Bat Mitzva, and any family events.
Liability
Please note, the hotel categories are for indication only, since there is no official rating in Israel.
Tour itineraries may be subject to change at the discretion of the Tour Operator.
Eshet incoming act as agents for companies, owners or contractors providing transportation’ hotel accommodations or other services and as such are not in any way liable for injury, loss, damage, delay or accident.
Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Regular Season:
Payments:
1. For a total reservation value of up to 300 USD, the full amount will be charged upon confirmation of services.
2. For a total reservation value of more than 300 USD, 50% will be charged upon confirmation of services and the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days before the start of the services.
Cancellations:
1. For cancellations up to 3 working days (Sunday to Thursday) prior to expected start of services, only 35 USD per person administration fees will be charged.
2. Cancellations made within 3 working days of start of services are subject to cancellation fees equal to 2 nights stay.
3. No refunds for ”no show” and unused services.
4. No refunds for no show and unused services.
High Season (August, Jewish holidays and Christmas/New Year):
Payments:
1. For a total reservation value of up to 300 USD, the full amount will be charged upon confirmation of services.
2. For a total reservation value of more than 300 USD, 50% will be charged upon confirmation of services and the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days before the start of the services.
Cancellations:
1. The 50% charged upon confirmation of services are non refundable.
2. No refund after full payment.
3. No refund for unused services
Insurance
It is highly recommended to buy a health and luggage insurance prior arrival.
Privacy And Security Policy, Legal Notice
We are the exclusive owners of the information gathered on our site. The only information we have is information that is voluntarily provided by our users via e-mail, our contact forms or any other direct contact with our users. We guarantee that we will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
The information we collect will be used to contact you, regarding your request or to pass on additional information we believe would interest you. This information will not be shared with any third party outside of our organization, unless it is necessary in order to respond to your request.
If you receive an e-mail from us and you do not wish to receive any more e-mails, you may simply ask to be removed from our list by contacting us.
We will take precautions to protect the information that our users have provided. When you submit sensitive information (such as credit card data) via our site, your information is encrypted and sent to us in a secure manner by using SSL Secured Server technology. This can be verified by observing the "closed lock" icon at the bottom of your web browser and the URL will be "https".
We also have a policy of protecting your information offline. Access to this information is provided to employees who require the information to perform a specific task such as billing or customer care. The computers / servers which store personal information are kept in a secure environment.
Our site does not accept liability for any errors or omissions published on the Web Site and reserves the right to change information, specifications and prices of its listed travel services at anytime. However, we will attempt to correct any errors as rapidly as possible after becoming aware of them and being notified of them.
